Sau The Spring Race, leader SRC lên kế hoạch trước trong vòng 1 tháng tổ chức 1 chuyến đi xa thành phố cho club. Đây là chuyến đi xa đầu tiên của anh em trong hội, vừa chạy bộ vừa kết hợp nghỉ ngơi và thư giãn.
Chuyến đi đầu tiên của SRC là huyện Cần Giờ – nơi đầy nắng và gió, nghe nói đầy khỉ nữa, cơ mà chưa thấy, hehe…
Đúng 5h sáng mọi người tập trung tại tuyến xe bus số 20 đi phà Bình Khánh, quân số lúc này là khoảng 16 người, khá đông đủ và bắt đầu lên xe khởi hành. Trên xe mình cũng tranh thủ làm 1 thanh Kitkat (38g) để lót dạ trước khi chạy. ^_^. Xe đang bon bon trên đường thì mọi người bắt gặp 3 tay đua xe đạp Tour de Cần Giờ đang rượt đuổi theo xe bus để bắt kịp cùng anh em SRC tại phà. Đó là 3 tay đua quan trọng trong việc tiếp nước, lương thực và camera cho anh em. ^_^
Dưới chụp lên, trên chụp xuống đủ các thể loại, nhí nhố đủ kiểu- chỉ có ở SRC. ^_^.
Bình minh cũng dần ló dạng, ngày mới lại bắt đầu. SRC lại háo hức đón chào thử thách mới ở phía trước.
Hơn 6h, phà cập bến huyện Cần Giờ, mọi người nhanh chóng xử lý “hàng nóng” ngay lập tức trước khi chuẩn bị lên xe bus tới điểm xuất phát là cầu An Nghĩa.
Sau khi tập trung đầy đủ mọi người trên xe bus chờ xe bắt đầu chạy, trời bắt đầu hắt từng tia nắng qua cửa kính của xe, lúc này nhìn lại đồng hồ thì đã điểm 6h30. Nghĩ trong đầu, kế hoạch ban đầu 6h30 chạy đã bị phá sản, và có lẽ sẽ bắt đầu chạy từ lúc 7h nếu xe bus đi kịp. Đây cũng là điểm cần lưu ý về thời gian để rút kinh nghiệm cho những lần sau này lựa chọn thời gian sẽ hợp lý hơn. ^_^.
6h50, xe đến điểm dừng xuất phát tại chân cầu An Nghĩa. Tới nơi mọi người bắt đầu warm up khoảng 5- 10′ để kịp giờ xuất phát tránh trời quá nắng. Quân số lúc này kể cả 3 tay đua xe đạp là 23 người. Warm up xong, mọi người nhanh chóng tự sướng, cameraman quay tới tấp “soi” đùi của các runners trong SRC.
Đây là route Cần Giờ cho SRC.
7h03′ mọi người bắt đầu xuất phát.
Với route do leader tạo này thì mọi người có thể chạy 5km, 11km hoặc đủ route là khoảng 22 km, tùy theo sức của mỗi người. Nếu mệt thì có thể bắt xe bus trên đường và đến điểm dừng tập trung là ngã 3 Đảo Khỉ.
Theo lịch tập của mình thì 1 tuần mình dành thời gian cho 1 buổi long run và luôn là ngày chủ nhật vì thời gian mình bỏ ra cho chạy bộ được nhiều hơn so với ngày bình thường. Vì vậy, trong buổi chạy ở Cần Giờ này mình vẫn quyết định chạy đủ route, dù vẫn có khả năng là mình sẽ đi bộ ở những km cuối cùng nhưng vẫn quyết là không đón xe bus để về tới nơi.
Mình xuất phát với tốc độ chậm, vì mình xác định trong đầu rằng trời nắng, nếu chạy nhanh thì sẽ mất nước nhiều hơn và nhanh mệt hơn, khả năng bỏ cuộc lại cao hơn. Trong đầu cũng không nghĩ tới chuyện mình sẽ chạy quá 3 tiếng nhưng mọi chuyện thì không như mình nghĩ và tạm gác chuyện thời gian qua 1 bên. ^_^.
Trước khi chạy, mình có hỏi leader là trên đường chạy có nhiều điểm dừng chân để mua nước không thì leader chắc chắn là có nên mình nghĩ dù trời có nắng thì có điểm dừng để mua nước cũng không có vấn đề gì, nhất là ở km 15, 16 trở đi, là đoạn đường mình hay bị mất nước nhất nếu như không được bổ sung từ trước đó.
Tốp đầu tiên dẫn dầu với tốc độ khá nhanh, mình thì chạy ở tốp cuối với a Hành Hạ, Tú “giáp”, a Do tức “Tủ Đồ”. Sau đó tới ngã 3 Lý Nhơn, mình và a Do đi “xả xăng” ở điểm dừng ăn uống gần đó mặc dù khi phà cập bến đã xử lý trước, hehe… Anh Hạnh và Tú chạy trước. Hai anh em mình chạy sau.
Chạy với a Do, quan sát thì thấy a chạy khá nặng nề và mau mệt, có lẽ là do hít thở và form chạy, a Do chạy thì hay nhìn xuống đất, hơi thở dốc, mình có khuyên anh là chạy kiểu “ngực tấn công, mông phòng thủ”, như vậy sẽ lấy được oxi nhiều hơn và điều chỉnh lại nhịp hít thở. Hai anh em vừa chạy vừa trò chuyện khá là vui. A Do có kể trước đây a chưa chạy hơn 10 km bao giờ. Cần Giờ anh đã đi nhiều rồi nên dự định của anh là sẽ chạy qua cầu Dần Xây rồi bắt xe bus xuống tới điểm dừng tập trung ở đó và đợi mọi người.
Vừa chạy trên đường, vừa quan sát cảnh vật xung quanh, con đường rộng và đẹp, dòng sông thì hiền hòa, dọc hai bên đường cây cối xanh mướt, ngả rợp bóng mát cho nên khi chạy được khoảng 3km cùng chiều với dòng xe thì hai anh em chạy qua đường đi hướng ngược chiều để dễ quan sát xe hơn lại vừa có thể núp bóng cây xanh nhằm hạn chế mất nước và tránh mệt hay say nắng khi chạy dưới thời tiết này. Dường như SRC đi tới đâu là ở đó xôn tụ hẳn lênvà chạy trên đường Rừng Sác cũng vậy. Ngày chủ nhật, mọi người đi du lịch, chơi biển rất đông, xe chạy trên đường cứ dòm ngó, người người kêu mà chẳng khác nào như vượn hú, hò hét inh ỏi, cổ vũ…haha… Nghĩ lại mà vui thật!
Sau khi chạy được khoảng 9km thì hai anh em dừng lại mua nước rồi tiếp tục chạy tiếp cho tới đoạn khi nhìn từ xa, a Do nói kia là cầu Dần Xây, tới đó là 11km, qua đó a sẽ dừng không chạy nữa, bắt xe bus về điểm tập trung nên anh chạy cố hết sức, mình vẫn tè tè chạy theo sau. Khi qua cầu thì mình và a Do gặp 2 tay đua xe đạp tiếp nước, a Do thì dừng lại uống nước, còn mình cảm thấy không khát nên không dừng và tiếp tục chạy. Lúc này, a Do hoảng, hỏi là ” Em chạy tiếp nữa hả?”, mình cười và gật đầu “dạ”. Rồi a Do cũng đu theo mình chạy tiếp, cho tới km13 thì anh quyết định dừng lại và sang đường chờ xe bus về điểm dừng trước. Từ đoạn này trở đi mình quan sát thì thấy không còn một chỗ nào dừng chân để mua nước.
Ra khỏi đoạn đường rừng thì cây cối thưa dần, bắt đầu nhường chỗ cho những cánh đồng muối, gió cũng giảm dần, nắng lại càng gay gắt hơn, cơn đói lại bắt đầu xuất hiện, lúc này thì hơn 15km gần 16km. Nước cũng đã hết, mặc dù có mang KitKat theo để ăn nhưng không có nước uống kèm thì cũng vậy. Lại nghĩ trong đầu, thôi, quên cơn đói đi mà ráng chạy tiếp với hy vọng trong đầu là ở đoạn đường phía trước rồi sẽ có điểm bán nước. Nhưng thực tế thì lại khác, bước chân chậm dần, cơn đói kéo dài hơn và rõ rệt hơn, kéo theo đau bao tử, bệnh mình nên mình biết, cuối cùng phải dừng lại rồi đi bộ, lúc này khoảng 18km, điện thoại lại hết pin, xe đạp tiếp nước cũng không thấy bóng một ai, nghĩ mà rầu nhưng thôi kệ, kiểu gì cũng phải về tới điểm dừng chân đó, quyết không về bằng xe bus. Đi được khoảng 1km hơn thì gặp ô tô chú Bình, chú dừng lại động viên và liên lạc với anh Feddy để báo tình hình cho mọi người. May gặp chú, mình hỏi chú có nước không thì rất may, chú mang dự phòng rất nhiều nước theo trên xe và đưa cho mình, nghĩ lại lúc đó, thấy nước chẳng khác nào thấy vàng vậy. ^_^. Chú khuyên mình nên sang bên đường chạy cùng chiều vì mọi người cắt cử 1 xe đạp xuống hỗ trợ mình về.
Lúc này mình uống nước và ăn chocolate xong thì bắt đầu chạy tiếp, tuy nhiên, cơn sốc hông bắt đầu và dữ dội hơn, chạy được khoảng 700m thì mình quyết định dừng và đi bộ tiếp. Đang đi thì nhìn từ xa mờ mờ ảo ảo như có 1 tay đua xe đạp đang ngược đường về hướng mình, sau đó nhận ra đúng là như vậy. A Thái gặp mình hỏi ngay “e đói phải không?” Mình gật đầu rồi “dạ”, hỏi a có mang đồ ăn và nước không vì nước chú Bình đưa mình cũng quất sạch luôn thì anh nói đồ ăn thì không thiếu, còn nước a đưa nhìn lại chỉ còn 1/3 chai Aquafina. Bánh qui được bỏ gọn gàng trong hộp nhựa + mấy thanh xúc xích. Mình lấy 2 cái bánh ăn rồi uống nước. Nước lại hết. Chỉ còn hơn 2km nữa thôi mà sao thấy nó xa dữ. Mình nghĩ phải cố mà về tới nơi thôi, lại cố chạy, chạy được 500m lại dừng, lại sốc hông và đi bộ, cứ liên tục vậy. A Thái hỏi có muốn đi quá giang không thì mình dứt khoát không vì mình nghĩ không đi xe bus mà người khác chở thì cũng như không, rồi a Thái nói “hay là e đạp xe đi, để anh chạy cho”. Mình hỏi ngược lại “anh chạy được không?”. Anh nói ” được chứ sao không, sắp tới nơi rồi”. Mình đồng ý. Và vừa đạp xe, vừa quan sát a Thái chạy thì thấy a chạy forefoot, sải chân bền và chắc chắn.
Cuối cùng, được sự hỗ trợ từ tay đua xe đạp Tour de Cần Giờ, mình cũng về tới đích đến (ngã 3 đảo Khỉ).
Gặp mọi người ở điểm dừng chân, mình biết ai cũng rất mệt, nhất là khi chạy dưới cái nắng gắt như vậy lại không có điểm dừng để tiếp nước hoặc hỗ trợ khi cần thiết và chắc chắn là mọi người càng mệt hơn khi đợi duy nhất 1 mình mình về – khoảng 3h30′ cho cự ly 22km, có lỗi quá! Nếu lúc đó điện thoại mình không hết pin thì có thể liên lạc để mọi người xuống kdl trước rồi mình xuống sau cũng được. Tuy nhiên, lý do mình quyết không đi xe bus có 2 lý do:
* Mình thật sự rất đói sau 15km, nhưng mình bị say xe nhất là khi đói.
* Mình muốn thử sự kiên nhẫn của bản thân, dù phải đi bộ, mình cũng muốn biết được mình lì tới đâu, lì tới mức nào, vì mục tiêu mình đưa ra thì mình phải cố gắng làm được nó, không được 100% thì ít ra cũng phải được 80%, đơn giản chỉ cố gắng hoàn thành cự ly mình đặt ra.
Đó là lý do thật sự chứ chẳng phải vì mình tiếc tiền mà không dám đi xe bus. Đã đặt ra thách thức thì phải cố gắng làm được nó.
Sau khi mình về điểm dừng chân tập trung, nghỉ ngơi 1 chút rồi cùng mọi người đón xe bus về kdl 30/4 chuẩn bị cho việc ăn uống, nghỉ ngơi và tắm tiên, hehe…
Đây là những khoảnh khắc thật tuyệt vời bên cạnh anh em SRC, cùng chia sẻ niềm vui, kinh nghiệm và học hỏi được nhiều điều từ mọi người để rút kinh nghiệm cho bản thân. ^_^.
2h chiều, mọi người bắt đầu ra trạm dừng xe bus về phà chuẩn bị quay về SG.
3 ngày đã trôi qua nhưng nhớ lại đó là 1 sự trải nghiệm thú vị cho lần đầu tiên đi chơi xa của SRC. Trải nghiệm nhiều rồi sẽ rút kinh nghiệm được nhiều thứ. Hy vọng trong tương lai sẽ có những chuyến đi đáng nhớ như vậy cho mọi người trong SRC.
Giờ thì nghĩ gì nữa, quên hết đi, barefoot hay xách giày lên mà chạy thôi nào! ^_^
