Trước ngày chủ nhật 3/4/2014 khoảng 4, 5 ngày, leader SRC có lên lịch cho club long run vào ngày chủ nhật, route đã được vẽ sẵn cho 2 cự ly 21km và 11km, đặc biệt cả 2 cự ly này đều chạy lên cầu Phú Mỹ. Để việc tổ chức diễn ra được chu đáo và ngày càng hoàn thiện hơn mỗi khi có những buổi chạy dài cuối tuần như vậy cho mọi người trong club, leader đã bàn tính với mình về việc liên hệ những ai có xe đạp có thể hỗ trợ việc tiếp nước cho anh em. Sau khi thống nhất tất cả mọi thứ thì anh Luân và anh Thái đã nhận lời sẽ support cho mọi người. 4 anh em bàn tính sẽ chia cự ly để tiếp nước & lương thực. A Luân thì hỗ trợ tại điểm dừng Thái Bình Plaza, còn anh Thái thì hỗ trợ tại giữa cầu Phú Mỹ.
Từ điểm xuất phát là Metro quận 2 – khu vực chung cư An Lộc đến giữa cầu Phú Mỹ khoảng 11km, chạy về điểm xuất phát ban đầu là khoảng 21km. Anh em có thể chạy 11km hoặc 21km tùy sức. 2 điểm tiếp nước là tại Thái Bình Plaza (khoảng 5km) và giữa cầu. Nếu chọn cự ly 11km, anh em có thể lựa chọn đi bộ hoặc taxi tùy anh em. ^_^ Ngoài ra 2 anh nuôi hậu cần có thể tham gia đạp xe kết hợp chạy bộ và xe đạp có thể hỗ trợ cho những anh em chạy bộ mệt.hehe
Tối hôm trước đi ngủ sớm, gần 4h sáng giật mình dậy, lịch xuất phát là 5h30 sáng. Đi tới đi lui trong nhà, ăn nhẹ lót dạ 1 chút trước khi chạy rồi lên đường đến điểm tập trung. Ra khỏi nhà thì thấy thời tiết khá ổn, khi đến đoạn Phan Đăng Lưu thì mưa khá to, lo lắng không biết liệu mọi người có tham gia đầy đủ không. Rồi nghĩ thôi kệ, cứ đi tới rồi tính tiếp.
Khi đến điểm tập trung thì thấy khá đông người tham gia đã tập trung từ sớm. Mọi người tập trung khá đông đủ đều đang hy vọng và mong cho trời hết mưa. Thời tiết ngày hôm nay khi chạy sẽ đỡ mệt hơn rất nhiều vì sau cơn mưa không khí khá là mát mẻ. Tạnh mưa được 1 chút, mọi người tranh thủ warm up rồi làm vài tấm hình trước khi xuất phát.
Bắt đầu xuất phát từ Metro, theo hướng đường Song Hành – xa lộ Hà Nội về Mai Chí Thọ –> ngã ba Đồng Văn Cống rẽ trái, đến khoảng km số 5 – điểm dừng Thái Bình Plaza, mình có dừng lại tiếp nước rồi chạy tiếp. Chạy dưới trời mưa tuy cơ thể đỡ mất nhiều nước hơn việc chạy dưới thời tiết nắng nóng, nhưng khó khăn là giày và tất nếu bị ướt cũng dễ dẫn đến blister.
Đồng Văn Cống – Vành đai phía Đông hướng về cầu Phú Mỹ tại km số 7, quan sát cảnh vật xung quanh thì hiện ra trước mắt mình là 1 không gian thoáng đãng, không khí trong lành của buổi sớm sau cơn mưa, xa xa bắt gặp đàn cò trắng lượn lờ quanh cánh đồng. Cái cảnh bắt gặp đẹp nhất lúc này có lẽ là cầu vồng đang hiện ra trước mắt.
Vừa chạy lại vừa thả hồn mình với thiên nhiên như vậy thì chẳng còn mong gì hơn. Đi qua trạm thu phí còn cách cầu khoảng chừng 2-3km là tới cầu Phú Mỹ. Nhìn thì tưởng rất gần nhưng hóa ra không gần chút nào. Đây là lần đầu tiên mình được chứng kiến tận mắt cầu Phú Mỹ, cũng là lần đầu tiên chạy lên cầu có độ dốc khá cao như vậy, riết hồi giống đứa trên núi mới xuống, hehe…
Khi bắt đầu chạy đến đầu cầu, bắt gặp anh Thành, anh Feddy, anh Trung và những ai chạy cự ly 21km đang quay về, mọi người động viên, đập tay, cổ vũ nhau, cả những người nước ngoài đang tản bộ trên cầu họ cũng cổ vũ nhiệt tình cho mình và mọi người. Lên đến giữa chân cầu, đang định hỏi thăm còn nước hay không thì ku Dũng nói hết nước rồi nên thôi, cũng may còn mang phòng hờ 1 chút nước gatorade, lúc này mọi người trong club dừng ở giữa cầu lại tưởng mình chạy 11km thì nói mình chạy đến đoạn phía cây cột nào đó, mình thì lại tưởng là đi hết cây cầu, cũng chẳng biết cái cột nào vì…nhiều cột quá nên chạy hết cây cầu rồi chạy lên lại mới biết là mình đi lố đường, nhưng nghĩ thôi kệ, đằng nào thì cũng về đích nên cứ tiếp tục chạy.
Đang trên đường quay về thì bắt gặp a Hùng đang chạy lên cầu, mình ngạc nhiên vì tại sao lúc đầu thấy anh chạy khá nhanh mà giờ mới lên cầu, về sau mới biết là đi lạc đường tới 7km. Vậy là hai anh em cùng chạy về. Điều đặc biệt là a Hùng giấu khá nhiều nước ở nhiều điểm trên đường chạy thì phải nên lúc vừa xuống cầu thấy 1 chai vừa hết, đi thêm 1 đoạn thì thấy cũng là chai đó mà nước lại đầy thêm, nội công anh ấy cũng thâm hậu gớm hen! hehe
Khi quay về đến km 15, mình thật sự đói, nhờ ku Dũng chạy xe đạp theo về cùng hai anh em nên lương thực dự trữ vẫn còn, may nhờ hai trái chuối và nước dự trữ trên xe của anh Thái, vậy là yên tâm chạy về mà không phải lo chuyện đói nữa rồi. ^_^. Vì biết mỗi lần chạy dài ở khoảng km15 trở đi, cơ thể lúc nào cũng đói nên mình cần khắc phục là mỗi lần chạy dài phải mang lương thực dự trữ theo như chocolate chẳng hạn.
Đến đoạn Thái Bình Plaza, lòng bàn chân có cảm giác đau rát kinh khủng, lúc này mình biết ngay là bị blister vì giày và tất đều ướt, ma sát nhiều nên bị vậy. Cố gắng duy trì tốc độ để về đích, mặc dù cơ thể không có cảm giác mệt mỏi nhưng nghĩ đến chân thì cứ tà tà mà về thôi nên không bứt tốc được.
Từ Đồng Văn Cống về tới Mai Chí Thọ rẽ vào Lương Định Của đến Nguyễn Hoàng, cuối cùng cũng về tới đích.
Cảm ơn sự cổ vũ nhiệt tình của mọi người trong SRC đã giúp mình hoàn thành cự ly hơn 22km, đặc biệt, cảm ơn sự hỗ trợ chu đáo từ phía hậu cần- đội xe độp đã giúp mọi thành viên yên tâm hơn khi chạy bộ ở những cự ly dài như vậy. ^_^. Qua mỗi buổi long run diễn ra như vậy sẽ rút ra được nhiều kinh nghiệm cho những lần sau này club sẽ tổ chức được tốt hơn. Club muốn hoạt động lâu dài đều cần có sự hỗ trợ và đóng góp ý kiến từ rất nhiều thành viên trong nhóm để club có thể hoạt động tốt và phát triển mạnh. Bên cạnh đó, club luôn hy vọng sẽ càng có nhiều người yêu thích môn chạy bộ và nếu có thể hãy chạy cùng một nhóm bạn để tạo động lực cho nhau nhiều hơn, chạy tốt hơn, vượt qua được mọi thử thách của bản thân và đôi khi là làm được những điều được cho là điên rồ giống như mình nè!hehe…
