Sẽ bắt đầu luyện tập cự li Half Marathon từ ngày 1/1/2014, và bây giờ còn 3 tuần nữa mới kết thúc năm 2013. Mình sẽ làm gì đây? Nghỉ ngơi thư giãn như 1 số anh em, hay là tập loanh quanh vui là chính như 1 số anh em khác?
Câu trả lời đến với tôi 1 ngày sau đó. Tối ngày thứ 2, Dũng – 1 anh bạn chung hội chạy – tạo 1 post rủ anh em cùng thử chạy cự li 30km trong ngày Chủ nhật kế tiếp.
Nghe thật kinh hoàng phải không? Khi bạn chưa bao giờ chạy quá 11km thì việc nhảy ngay vào chạy 15km cũng đã vi phạm nguyên tắc tập luyện. Và quả thật trong khoảnh khắc đó, tôi cũng thấy ngán.
Nhưng rồi máu thử thách lại nổi lên, tôi tự nhủ trấn an mình rằng “không sao, mình sẽ làm được. Chỉ cần hoàn tất đường chạy thôi mà. Ít ra mình tham gia thì cũng sẽ lôi kéo thêm được 1 số người nữa cho đông vui”. Thế là nhận lời tham gia.
Để củng cố quyết tâm, ngay lập tức tôi rủ Phát cùng tham gia và tạo luôn 1 event mời mọi người cùng tham gia. Xong, there’s no way back!

hoho, đôi khi phá vỡ qui tắc của bản thân mới khám phá đc nhiều cái hay đó a Mèo ^_^
Sang năm mới em mới bắt đầu tập plan 21km nên cuối năm challenge một số cự li chưa bao giờ nghĩ tới cho ‘hoành tráng’. Nhớ lại cảm giác không nhấc chân nổi thật tuyệt!
