Lận đận đủ thứ vấn đề từ công việc tới chỗ ở. Giờ thì chuyển về Bình Thạnh nhờ 1 chị trong nhóm Vietrunners chỉ, lúc đưa địa chỉ cho mình, tự dưng thấy ngờ ngợ cái con hẻm đó trước khi đến, rồi cũng đúng như dự đoán, về trọ lại đúng con hẻm mà mình từng ở những ngày đầu đặt chân tới SG, bao nhiêu kỷ niệm cứ ùa về, dù chỉ khác nhà trọ ở nhưng những con người từng biết và tiếp xúc ở trong cái hẻm đó thì vẫn nhớ như in…cách đây 3 năm. Cuộc đời này, có nhiều chuyện bất ngờ xảy ra thật!
Về lại nơi thân thuộc, cảm giác thấy thoải mái và ổn hơn, nhất là đối với việc chạy bộ thuận lợi hơn về địa điểm tập luyện. Có thể ra SGPearl hoặc bờ kè kênh Nhiêu Lộc chạy đều được, lại quá tiện. Rồi từ sau cú chạy đêm của mấy chị em trong Vietrunners ở bờ kè, việc tập luyện của mình không còn bị gián đoạn như trước đây vì bất cứ yếu tố gì, kể cả là công việc thì mình vẫn cố gắng sắp xếp 1 chút tgian ra chạy cho dù lúc đó mọi người có đi ngủ hết hay bị trễ giờ làm 1 chút thì để cho cơ thể vận động mỗi ngày dường như vẫn luôn khiến mình cảm thấy dễ chịu hơn là nghỉ chạy 1 ngày.
Để chạy từ 60-80k/tuần ko khó, nhưng để duy trì đều đặn việc chạy hằng ngày, thậm chí chỉ 2-3km/buổi thì ko đơn giản 1 chút nào. Áp lực công việc và những yếu tố khách quan khác ảnh hưởng tới tâm lý dẫn đến sự chán nản và mệt mỏi của cơ thể khi phải đấu tranh tư tưởng từ lúc xách giày ra cho tới lúc bắt đầu chạy là cả 1 quá trình cố gắng. Bản thân mình cũng vậy, cũng từng rơi vào tình trạng ko có 1 chút tgian cho việc chạy tới mức 1 tuần cao lắm là đc 1 ngày chạy, mà chạy còn ko nổi 5k là đủ thấy chán nản và muốn buông xuôi tất cả vì lúc đó cơ thể và tâm lý đang ở trạng thái mất cân bằng, vài lần phải vào viện vì stress đến mức khi nhìn mình trong gương, tôi ko thể tin đó là mình nữa, đánh mất cái bản ngã của mình từ lúc nào ko hay. Rồi bắt đầu lại tất cả, buông xuôi ở đây ko có nghĩa là buông bỏ mà là hoán chuyển. Tôi ko mất tất cả, tôi được nhiều hơn, đó là sức khỏe, là bạn bè, anh em, là động lực vượt qua giới hạn của bản thân… – là tất cả những gì mà chạy bộ đem lại cho tôi.
Hai anh em tui quyết định thống nhất duy trì việc tập luyện đều đặn và cố gắng cho race sắp tới nên rủ nhau ra bờ kè chạy từ thứ 2 tới thứ 7 (trừ tối thứ tư & thứ 6 là 2 buổi tập kỹ thuật tại Hoa Lư). Ông a thì đang cố gắng cho Đà Nẵng, con em thì cố gắng sống chết với Sapa (chỉ vì cái đam mê thích chạy trail mà ko chọn Đà Nẵng ^_^) và dĩ nhiên càng gần tới race, anh em tui thống nhất là cố gắng không để dính chấn thương để tránh ảnh hưởng ko tốt tới tâm lý khi thi.
Lâu lắm rồi anh em tui mới tập luyện cùng nhau, cố gắng duy trì thể lực và sức bền. Ông a thì bị đau chân trái nên vừa chạy vừa cố gắng điều chỉnh, lại phải chỉnh form cho con em liên tục. Haizz, bệnh dở chứng lúc thì pace nhanh, lúc thì pace rùa của con nhỏ này thì chắc may ra chỉ có ông a mới đủ sức kiên nhẫn và chịu đựng được nó. Haha, tự dưng nhớ tới Spring Race năm đầu tiên, cáu với ổng lúc mà bị đói, hài quá! :)))
Thì bởi nó còn sân si nhiều, thử thách mà nó phải vượt qua nhiều, nên bản thân cũng phải luôn cố gắng tiết chế cảm xúc nóng giận lại, kể cả khi chạy.

Buổi tập đầu tiên của hai ae nhẹ nhàng thoải mái, coi như là con em recovery sau buổi long run của ngày hôm trước và chuẩn bị cho ngày hôm sau tập nặng hơn. Nghĩ rồi nhớ tới ku Fast. Lúc trước có cả 3 anh em cùng tập, lâu rồi thấy nó im hơi lặng tiếng, lại những chuyện riêng ảnh hưởng đến em nó, haizzz, hai anh em cũng mong nó duy trì việc chạy đều đặn lại và gạt bỏ muộn phiền sang 1 bên.
11/8/15:
Buổi tập thứ 2 đã bị con em phá bài, dự tính của hai anh em là chạy 20k mà rốt cuộc con em đau bụng quá nên chạy được 10k là hai ae bay vô cf rồi bàn chuyện “đại sự” với Gấu Toàn sau đó tới khuya mới mò đầu về. Cùng 1 cự ly, chạy nhanh hơn ngày hôm trước 1 chút, nhưng con em hay có vấn đề về tâm lý khi tăng tốc hay chạy nhanh hơn, đó là “xử lý” người cản đường hay vật chắn trước mặt nó, bất kể ai :))) Mình đã chơi lách nhiều chướng ngại vật rồi nên cũng quen, tuy nhiên cũng tùy trường hợp, hehe… Nhưng nghĩ lại buổi tập hôm đó gặp đúng thằng nhóc con qua đường mà cố tình đứng lại trước mặt mình, mặt dù biết hai anh em đang chạy tới, haizz, vãi cả cái nóng tính mà bản thân mình biết, la lên và xô thằng nhóc đó sang 1 bên và chửi “móa” :v Bởi vậy, bình tâm trong tất cả mọi chuyện, kể cả khi chạy ko phải là chuyện đơn giản, và mình vẫn luôn đang cố gắng từng ngày để làm điều đó.

Hôm nay trước khi ra chạy thấy trời mưa mà mừng khôn xiết vì trời mưa chạy sẽ mát và thoải mái, lại đỡ bị mất nước hơn bình thường rất nhiều. Ngạc nhiên khi thấy chị Sushi tối nay xuất hiện, vì có thêm người chạy và trò chuyện cùng hai anh em sẽ vui hơn. Sushi chạy cùng hai anh em được 4km thì về, còn hai anh em tiếp tục chiến theo dự định là khoảng 23km:
+ 1 lap Sỹ – Nghè (cầu LVS- Thị Nghè): 9.9km
+ 1 lap Sỹ – ĐBP : 8.3km
+ 1 lap qua 2 cầu HHT – Công Lý: 4.8km
Haizz, ông a thấy mình hôm nay chạy nặng nề hơn mấy hôm trước mặc dù hơi thở thì vẫn nhẹ nhàng nhưng bước chân thì rất nặng nề. Vốn dĩ vì bất ngờ rơi vào “thời kì con gái” nên ko chỉ mệt mỏi trong người mà còn thấy nặng bụng, chạy còn tệ hơn con rùa. 
Nhưng thôi kệ, có nặng nề thì vẫn có thể tiếp tục chạy được, không bị đau đớn gì, chỉ là thỉnh thoảng vẫn bị cứng khớp đầu gối, điều chỉnh 1 lúc nó mới trơn tru được, cố gắng bê xê lết cũng hoàn thành được cái HM. Haizz, vãi cả cái tật mém vấp té cái nắp cống, còn bị Mèo già chọc “phong độ là nhất thời, đẳng cấp là mãi mãi”, nghe mà đắng cmn lòng, mang tiếng “đá thúng đụng nia quạ!” :'(
Cứ sau mỗi buổi tập, tán dóc 1 lúc rồi về tắm rửa nghỉ ngơi, dĩ nhiên ko thể quên cái việc ngâm chân với nước ấm + muối trước khi ngủ, để thư giãn và thả lỏng cho đôi chân sau mỗi buổi chạy vì đáng giá nhất của runners chẳng có gì khác ngoài đôi chân và 1 cơ thể khỏe mạnh.
Anh em tui vẫn welcome tất cả mọi runners nếu có thời gian có thể ra chạy cùng. Vẫn là 19h30 tối 2,3, 6 và sáng thứ 7. Mà ko có ông a, tui vẫn hay chạy 1 mình ở đây mỗi tối vì có thể tự sắp xếp thời gian cho linh hoạt hơn nếu ko tham gia được cùng nhóm. Có thể mọi người cho là thời gian éo le, vì con em này đi làm về phải lo ăn uống trước khi chạy, còn đại ca Mèo kia phải lo cho gia đình xong xuôi mới ra chạy được. Sắp xếp ổn thỏa mọi thứ thì chạy mới thoải mái được. ^_^. Đặc biệt, mọi người cũng đừng hỏi tại sao a e tui lại chạy nhiều như vậy, ko chỉ anh em tui mà còn rất rất nhiều runners khác ở nhiều nơi còn chạy nhiều và đều đặn, chăm chỉ hơn. Cơ thể mỗi người mỗi khác, ae tui giống nhau ở chỗ là nếu như ko chạy, dù chỉ là 1 ngày ko cho cơ thể vận động thì nó ko những ko trơn tru mà còn đau đớn đủ thứ chỗ, ko có sung sướng gì đâu nha! :))))
Cho dù mọi người có ở bất cứ đâu, nếu đã là runners, hãy học cách sắp xếp thời gian để có thể duy trì việc chạy bộ đều đặn xen kẽ là những bài tập bổ trợ cho việc chạy bộ để tốt hơn và đặc biệt đừng để mai một tình yêu của mình với chạy bộ. Dù mục tiêu của mỗi người mỗi khác, vấn đề là hãy lắng nghe cơ thể mình để điều chỉnh việc luyện tập hợp lý hơn.
