Câu hỏi mà tôi được nhiều người bạn, đồng nghiệp hỏi thăm sau khi chạy Marathon đó là“Mi/em/anh được giải mấy, xếp hạng baonhiêu” và tôi chẳng chút bân khuân nào“Tau/em/anh được giải nhất á – mà biếtgiải Nhất chi không – giải Nhất dành cho chính tau/em/anh đó mà, ờ chắc xếp hạngcuối đó mà!”
Để tôi cho các bạn nghe về cuộc “dạo chơi” củachính tôi ở VMM 2015 – Vietnam Mountain Marathon 2015 giải được các lều báo gọi làđường chạy khắc nghiệt – lần này lều báo giật tít cũng đúng quả thật không sai nhỉ? Tôi xin phép được ký sự cuộc “dạo chơi” của tôi qua các checkpoint:
Từ km0 – km 3 (Checkpoint 3):
Tôi cùng các anh em ba miền chủ động đứng lùi về sau cùng để tiện chụp ảnh chung nhưng lại trở thành những người đứng hàng đầu tiên ở Start Line.
Và thế là tôi có bức ảnh quýgiá ở vạch xuất phát.
Sau màn count down của Trưởng Ban tổ chức chúng tôi chính thức xuất phát vào lúc 7.34 phút sáng với thời tiết mưa nặng hạt và sương mù bao quanh – một khí hậu thời tiết khắc nghiệt cho giải này. Đoạn này chúng tôi gặp ngay những con dốc nhè nhẹ đầu tiên có xu hướng ru ngủ người chạy, tôi chọn giải pháp dốc cao đi bộ, dốc nhỏ hơn chạy nhẹ để qua được đoạn này. Chính với việc khởi đầu khá nhè nhẹ nên rất nhiều runners Việt nam đã sớm vượt qua tôi ở đoạn đầu, đồng thời bắt đầu áp dụng chiến thuật 1 tiếng dùng 1 viên điện giải, 5km cắn 1 gói gu gel, tại các check-point sẽ bổ sung 400ml oresol ở hai bình nướcnhỏ Salomon đeo ở hông: quả thật chiến thuật này đã giúp đánh bại lũ chuột đáng sợ – nỗi ám ảnh sau khi chạy Marathon ở Đà Nẵng (cảm ơn nhà tài trợ kim cương các viên điện giải quý báu Tùng Phạm và nhà tài trợ vàng anh Bình – chị Nhã Salomon đã đem lên dây đai có hai túi nước nhỏ Salomon cuối cùng ở Việt Nam)
Từ CP 3 – CP 4 (14km):
Qua checkpoint 3 chúngtôi rẻ vào route chung cùng route của nhóm 70km, ngay đoạn rẻ chúng tôi gặp ngay đỉnh núi trước khi xuống liên tiếp các dốc núi nối tiếp nhau. Có lẽ đoạn chạy lên dốc núi này ấn tượng với tất cả những người chạy giải Sapa đó việc điqua bãi rác lớn của Sapa – ấn tượng bởi bãi rác nó đã phá vỡ nét mờ mờ ảo ảo ởđỉnh núi này. Qua bãi rác một đoạn và trước xuốc dốc núi đá, tôi bắt đầu sử dụng cây gậy 100k mua ở Sapa theo lời khuyên của anh Nguyen Binh Duong – đúng đó chính là cái chân chống thứ ba cực kỳ quan trọng cho màn đổ dốc kinh hoàng. Ngay từ đỉnh dốc tôi chọn anh Nguyen Binh Duong để bám theo bởi với kinh nghiệm trek ở Tú Làn – phần dốc là cơ hội để giúp tôi rút ngắn thời gian; quả thật đúng như vậy, tôi đã phải liên tục xin phép các ông/bà khoai tây rồi đến anh/chị khoai Việt nhường đường bởi đường đi xuống lối mòn đi rất nhỏ và đầy bùn đất, cộng thêmđôi giày Speedcorss3 đã giúp tôi có những cú đáp đất vững chải chắc chắn trong bùn dẻo và đất trơn. Rồi thời tiết cứ tạnh một xíu rồi lại mưa to như xát muối vào mặt tôi nên 2 – 3 lần tôi đã đưa hoàn toàn phần mông xuống đất hay chuẩn bị ngã xoài người xuống mặt cỏ, mặt bùn, mặt đất ướt; quả thật chưa bao giờ xuống núi là mà tôi ngập trong bùn, nước mưa, và cỏ nhiều đến như vậy. Nhưng may thay, chân cẳng vẫn ổn và tôi đã tách kha khá với những người còn lại, sau màn xuống dốc ấn tượng này thì tôi gặp ngay núi có độ cao 1.400m đến 1.600m, với đoạn leo dốc núi thật sự khá hao tổn sức lực của tôi, bởi tôi chưa có kinh nghiệm trail liên tiếp độ cao như vậy. Tuy nhiên nó lại cho tôi những khoảng thời gian chỉ để ngắm núi trời Sapa với những ruộng lúa bậc thang màu chín vàng và đây cũng là giải pháp vừa giúp tôi quên đi độ cao và bổ sung điện giải hay gu gel phù hợp, và quan trọng là có được vài bức ảnh khá đẹp.
- Mây lưng chừng núi thật mát mắt
Lúc này tôi cùng anh XuânHiền và Vu Dang Hung leo đoạn núi này. Lên núi rồi lại xuống núi – đoạn này tôi đi cùng một lúc trò chuyện và trao đổi về chạy marathon khá thú vị cùng anh Vu Dang Hung, anh bảo rằng “Chạy mệt thì đi bộ, khoẻ thì chạy lại” – quả thật nó chả sai khi chạy ở Sapa cho những kẻ nghiệp dư như chúng tôi, và tôi ví von với anh rằng “Marathon nó cũng như cuộc sống của con người, đó là cách chúng ta tự vượt qua những khó khăn hiện tại, quan trọng là đích đến của chúng ta như thế nào” – và đích đến chúng tôi là Finish line nơi mọi người đang chờ đón và xứng tên khi về đích. Tôi và anh Vu Dang Hung vừa chạy và vừa nói chuyện cùng nhau một đoạn đường khá xá sau đó tôi chủ động thỉ thầm anh rằng “anh em mình cứ tiếp tục chạy cùng dìu dắt nhau được đoạn nào hay đoạn đó” – nó cũng hơi phần chút liên quan tới cuộc sống của bản thân rồi sẽ có những người bạn thân và rất thân một đoạn nào đó rồi hai người trở nên xa cách chả hiểu vì lý do gì. Quả đúng như vậy, anh Vu Dang Hung đã bỏ xa tôi ở những đoạn xuống dốc và đường bằng với khoảng cách khá xa, và lúc này tôi lại tiếp tục cố gắng bám theo anh để hạn chế mất dấu người đằng trước.
- Đường tới CP3
Rồi tôi cũng tự chạy một mình trên đoạn đường dốc còn lại trước khi tới điểm CP tiếp theo, đoạn này sau khi qua trạm biên phòng tôi chọn một con suối để chỉnh giày và ngâm chân vào làn nước suối mát lành (đây chính là liệu pháp trị liệu tự nhiên cho cơ mà tôi thấy giải Sapa nên áp dụng để tránh căng cơ, chuột rút) sau đó tôi tiếp tục chạy đến CP4 – Checkpoint đầu tiên dành cho route 42km, và trên đường chạy tôi luôn để ý thấy một người chị rất rất xinh xắn, dẻo dai và luôn bám sát ngay sau lưng tôi – nên đó là điểm mốc để tôi tiếp tục chạy, lâu lâu lại xem chị ở đâu gần tới mình chưa và tiếp tục chạy tiếp theo con đường nhựa vào thôn Bản – chị đó không phải khác người được mệnh danh là Nữ hoàng tốc độ của LDR – Nguyễn Hoàng Yến.
Từ CP 4 – CP 5 (20km):
Tới ngay CP đầu tiên choroute 42km tôi bắt kịp anh Nguyễn Bình Dương, anh Xuân Hiền, anh Vũ Đăng Hưng –nên cảm giác khá hứng khởi khi mình còn sống ở CP này, và việc đầu tiên khi tới CP4 đó là việc tôi “chén” ngay một quả chuối, nạp nước vào hai túi nước đeo hông ở trước và cho vào hai viên Oresol Pluz để chiến 7km tới. Lúc nãy anh Feddy Phạm – SRC đã bắt kịp tôi và nói đùa với tôi rằng “Tí nữa chạy cứ bám theo Thuận là được” , đúng là đùa thật mà, từ sau CP anh rời bỏ tôi và đi theo anh khoai tây.
Ngay sau khi xong các thủ tục, tôi nhanh chóng trở lại route nhưng vì lên dốc cao và đường bê tông nhựa của Bản cộng thêm đường mưa ướt làm những bước chân tôi khá nặng và trơn khi đi trên mặt đường này. Lúc này anh Feddy Phạm và chị Nguyễn Hoàng Yến đã đi trước một đoạn và tín hiệu rủ tôi lên cùng, tôi nhanh chóng lên cùng hai anh chị và cũng tranh thủ selfie được 1 tấm ảnh và một tấm ảnh cô người Nhật chụp giúp.
Đoạn đường này không nguy hiểm như đoạn đầu, nhưng việc băng qua các con suối, băng qua các cánh đồng ruộng bậc thang cũng gây khó khăn cho việc chạy của tôi ở một số đoạn, có đoạn tôi bị lạc bởi sương mù và mưa làm mắt kính của tôi mù và đọng nước nên dẫn đến hạn chế tầm nhìn. Tuy nhiên chính điều này đã cho tôi cảm giác sảng khoái khi được chạy giữa các cánh đồng mờ sương, mờ ảo ảo như các cô gái đang e ấp buổi sáng sớm tinh mơ, ôi thật tuyệt làm sao. Nhưng chính đoạn này suýt nữa làm tôi gián đoạn việc chạy, đó là khi tôi nhảy qua con suối, gặp ngay một đám bùn lớn tôi không kịp phản ứng gì thì toàn bộ chân tôi ngập trong bùn tới gần giữa bàn chân và trẹo lệch chân nhưng may thaytôi điều chỉnh ngay và vẫn tiếp tục chạy tiếp được, nhưng cũng đã làm cơ đùi chân phải tôi cảm giác làm việc hơi quá sức.
Và rồi tôi lại vẫn tiếp tục chạy trên các ruộng bậc thang rồi men theo con lươn dọc suối trước khi lên cầu rẻ vào CP5. Ở đây tôi được gặp đội support đến từ Long Distance Running(LDR) trước khi vào làm thủ tục ở CP5, không chần chừ gì nữa tôi tiếp tục lựa chọn chuối và nạp nước cho hai bình nước nhỏ đeo hông đã cạn sạch, đoạn này cảm giác gặp được nhữngngười quen thật là thân quen, gần gũi, ấm tình đồng đội cực kỳ bởi những động viên chia sẻ của anh Lâm, anh Hoàng Lê và bức ảnh dành cho Thầy xứ Huệ của Hot girl LDR làm tôi phấn chấn tinh thần hẳn. Đúng là sự support ngoài những trái chuối, nước uống thì sự chia sẻ này tôi cảm giác ấm lòng, tôi còn nhớ câu động viên anh Hoàng Lê – người bạn từ lúc chạy TÚ LÀN RACE bảo rằng “Em chạy vậy là khá rồi, hơn khá người rồi đấy, 20km đã cómấy ai về đâu” – quả thật với tôi như vậy thôi cũng làm tôi ấm lòng lắm rồi. Ở điểm support này tôi đuổi kịp anh Nguyễn Bình Dương và chị Nguyễn Hoàng Yến đã bắt kịp tôi, ở điểm support này tôi cũng kịp dùng bình xịt salonpas giảm đau để xịt vào bắp đùi phải nơi tôi cảm giác đau nhất sau lần chân phải dính vào bùn đất, sau đó tôi nhanh chóng chia tay đội support và chạy tới CP5 chính – nơi ban tổ chức chuẩn bị sẵn nước, chuối và ký tên vào danh sách và kể từ đây tôi chưa bao giờ thấy những con dốc nó dài, dốc và nhiều đến như thế.
Từ CP 5 – CP 6 (27km):
Kể từ checkpoint này tôiphải đi lên dốc từ độ cao 1.400m đến hơn 1.600m, những con dốc dài miên man nối tiếp nhau và chưa bao giờ tôi thấy 4km nó dài đến như thế. Nhưng thật may mắn khi này tôi có chị Nguyễn Hoàng Yến đồng hành cùng tôi, có lúc chị đi vượt lên có lúc tôi lại vượt lên chị cứ nối tiếp nhau như vậy, điều mà tôi nể phục ở chị đó là kỹ thuật chị leo dốc mà không cần gậy, mãi sau này tôi mới biết chiến thuật chị sử dụng ở đây (sẽ bật mí ở đoạn sau nhé), vì vậy mà chị luôn là động lực để tôi mệt – nghỉ – rồi lại đi, đi mệt rồi lại nghỉ – nghỉ rồi lại đi. Và ở đoạn này chỉ có câu thần chú “I CAN DO IT – I CAN DO IT – I CAN DO IT” mới giúp tôi thực hiện điều đó một cách an toàn và đảm bảo lộ trình chạy.
Thêm một chiến thuật được sử dụng ở đây đó là tôi dùng cách chia nhỏ quảng đường ra để động viên chạy, sauCP 5 (20km), mục tiêu hướng tới là 5km tiếp theo, chính việc chia nhỏ giúp tôi dễ dàng duy trì phong độ và đảm bảo tiếp tục tiến về phía trước. Đoạn này tôi và chị Yến gặp được anh Hoàng Việt ở con dốc và anh đã cho chúng tôi bức ảnh quý giá chinh phục dốc cùng khoai tây.
Khi tôi lên tới được đỉnh núi – dốc ngã ba giữa rẻ vào Tả Phìn và theo hướng quốc lộ 4D, đường chạy chúng tôi theo quốc lộ 4D;
Ở đây là đỉnh dốc nên đã đã làm tinh thần tôi khá phấn chấn bởi vì chỉ 2km nữa làđến điểm CP6 và chỉ cần đổ dốc là đến. Nhưng nó khó hơi tưởng tượng của tôi nhiều,bởi đường nhựa là dốc kha khá nhưng cũng khá mệt do tôi vừa trải qua con dốckinh hoàng, nhưng tôi cũng kịp dừng lại lấy sức bằng cách chụp các bức hình lưu dấu.
Cộng thêm nữa khi qua chỗ những ruộng bậc thang, tôi lại tiếp tục qua con dốc đứng đường bê tông, quả thật đoạn này thấy mình hơi liều vì đường nhựa lại dốc mấy anh trai Tây cứ đi bộ còn tôi thì long nhong thả dốc gặp một đoạn rồi lại dừng xíu rồi lại thả dốc và cứ thế tôi nuốt trọn hết con dốc trong chốc lát ở đó tôi gặp được anh Duyệt Trần người đón sẵn tôi gần CP6.
Khi đến CP6 tôi gặp đồng đội support của LDR, đoạn này đội support chỉ có vợ anh Vu Dang Hung và một bạn của LDR, tôi nhanh chóng vào quán nước bên cạnh CP – nơi tôi muốn mình nghỉ ngơi xíu và thưởng thức tô mì tôm bò trứng nóng hổi và ấm bụng. Lúc tôi dừng chân thì chị Yến cũng đã bắt kịp tôi, tôi ra hiệu chị dừng chân ăn mỳ tôi và nghỉ ngơi, nhưng chị bảo ăn bánh mì rồi nên nhanh chóng ký tên vào danh sách, tiếp nước và đổ dốc.
Còn tôi thì dừng chân ăn mì tôm và nghỉ ngơi, và cũng không quên hỏi đây là CP bao nhiêu và còn cách bao xa thì được anh Vu Dang Hung trả lời “ở đây là chạy được 27km và chỉ còn 15km thôi” – nghe câu chỉ còn 15km tôi chợt mừng thầm, chỉ còn chừng đấy thôi, không gì vui hơn lúc này. Cộng thêm với tinh thần của chị Yến như vậy khiến tôi cũngnhanh chóng ăn tô mì tôm trứng + bò, vì sợ đầy bụng từ mì tôm nên tôi chỉ ăn nữa tô mì tôm và húp ít nước, trước khi qua CP nạp nước + oresol và ký tên, anh DuyệtTrần trở lại và đã động viên tôi một câu mà tôi nhớ mãi: “Thuận chạy trail tốtđó, anh Feddy Phạm vừa mới qua đây ít phút thôi” vẫn với tính cách vậy, kiệm lời nhưng chân thành và đủ để làm tôi phấn chấn hơn trong đoạn đường mờ ảo phía trước.
Từ CP 6 – CP 7 (34km):
Sau khi hoàn thành việc ký tên vào danh sách rồi nạp nước + oresol, thì con gái của anh Vu Dang Hung phát hiện ra tôi quên mang cái gậy 100k thần thánh, may thật nếu không có gậy thì màn đổ dốc thần thành từ trước tới nay của tôi khi chạy trail đã không thành công đến như vậy. Vậy tôi đã đổ dốcthần thánh đến mức nào?
Sau CP6 ngay lập tức đó là con dốc đường nhựa nên tôi đổ với tốc độ bình thường, và đôi lúc nhanh do có phần hưng phấn từ những lời động viên của anh Duyệt cũng như cự ly còn lại tôi phải chinh phục – nhưng con đường nó không rải đầy hoa hồng như tôi tưởng – dù sao cũng cho tôi thấy rằng bớt tưởng tượng ra viễn cảnh và đón nhận thực tế dần dần sẽ tốt hơn cho tất cảmọi chuyện. Ngay sau khi tôi đổ dốc hết đường nhựa là tôi bắt đầu đổ dốc vào những con đường đất sét kèm đá sỏi nhỏ, đoạn này làm tôi cảm giác như lạc vào thiên đường của những bộ phim kiếm hiệp, ở đó có những cánh rừng tre hai bên và ấn tượng mãi với tôi là đó làng sương mù dày đặc kèm với việc chạy một mình khiến tôi khá sởn gai ốc – nghĩ mông lung đến chốn mờ mờ ảo ảo đâu đó – cảm giác như chốn xa lạ không có trên thế giới này. Nhưng cũng may rằng, đoạn này đường đất sét khá cứng và từng bước chân vững chắc khi xuống dốc cộng thêm đôi chân thứ ba – chiếc gậy Trung Quốc trị giá 100k (nhưng theo tôi nó đáng giá còn hơn 100k này nữa) nên qua được đoạn mờ mờ ảo ảo trên khá nhanh thì gặp anh Hoàng Việt photographer kiêm support cho team Việt Nam, phải nói rằng gặp anh Hoàng Việt ở đoạn đường xấu nhất toàn đá sỏi vừa bước ra khỏi làn sương mù mở ảo kia.
Đó là cảm giác như tôi vừa bước chân từ thiên đàng hay địa ngục hay đại loại cái gì đó hư vô để trở lại với thế giới trần tục, anh Hoàng Việt – người mà tôi gặp ở những đoạn lên dốc liên tiếp, đã khiến trong tôi có cảm giác “I survived Vietnam Mountain Marathon”. Chính vì vậy, trên bức ảnh đó mọi thứ như được baylên cùng tôi để qua các con dốc kinh khủng này.
Còn một chuyện đổ dốc khá thú vị nữa trước khi tôi bắt kịp chị Nguyễn Hoàng Yến là đó chính là việc tôi suýt gặp nạn qua trận phục kích của đám trẻ con hiếu động. Chuyện là thế này, đám trẻ con nó chia làm hai đám, một đám trẻ thứ nhất giả vờ ngây ngô chơi đùa bên đường gặp mấy chú/mấy bác chạy bộ là tươi cười, còn một đám trẻ thứ hai nguỵ trang rất chuyên nghiệp, chúng nó núp trong một thùng xốp được phủ kín bởi rơm khô, và đám trẻ con thứ hai đã làm tôi sửng sờ khi suýt trở thành nạn nhân của trận phục kích, đó chính là bãi phân bay ngay bên cạnh chân của tôi – và quả thật tôi maymắn khi không dính phải phục kích này bởi tôi đoán đó là phân trâu, cái may nàylàm tôi ngẫm thấy vui hẳn vì đôi lúc hồi xưa bản thân cũng có những trò nghịch như vậy. Đó là câu chuyện làm tôi như mãi với con đường dốc phủ đầy rơm.
Sau khi một mình xuống dốc đứng toàn đá, sỏi lớn, đất sét phủ đầy rơm thì tôi đã đuổi kịp chị Nguyễn Hoàng Yến và anh Trần Nhân (mãi sau khi về đích tôi mới biết hai anh chị là một cặp và tôi giống như kẻ thứ ba phá đám cuộc chạy của anh chị), không gì sung sướng hơn khi tôi mất thờigian nghỉ ăn mì và giờ đổ dốc đã kịp chị Yến. Đoạn này chân tôi vẫn còn khoẻ nên chạy những đoạn đường bằng và liên tiếp sau đó chị Yến và anh Nhân, ba chị em tôi vẫn còn nhớ cảm giác khi tới gần với CP7 – một checkpoint cuối cùng theobản đồ của Ban Tổ chức, chị Yến là người chạy rất sung và ra dấu hiệu cho chúng tôi còn cách không xa CP7, như thế chúng tôi cùng lúc tới được CP7.
Từ CP 7 – CP Phụ:
CP7 là một trong những CP mà tôi nói chuyện nhiều nhất với Crew của BTC, các bạn nhanh chóng cho chúng tôi ký và ghi vào thời gian vào danh sách, các anh còn bảo “chạy marathon đường trường đã phi thường rồi,giờ chạy những mountain marathon còn siêu nhân hơn”, chúng tôi cũng cười vui vì mình chỉ còn đoạn đường ngắn nữa là đến finish line, các anh còn bảo “trước giờ toàn khoai tây tới CP này không à, ít người Việt lắm, các em phải nằm trong tốp60 – 70 của 42km á” , những lời chia sẻ này làm chúng tôi thật sự vui tronglòng và bắt đầu mơ mộng về những cột mốc thời gian mong muốn về đích, nhưng đúng là đời không như mơ.
Ngay sau khi chúng tôi rời CP7 chúng tôi vào đường mòn bản làng rồi nhanh chóng vào một đoạn đường dốc đứng và dài tầm 4km. Đoạn này tôi được chị Yến truyền cho một kinh nghiệm leo dốc rất thú vị mà tôi đã áp dụng và không cần dùng gậy đó chính là phải cố gắng dồn trọng tâm vào phần mông để dễ bước lên dốc (đó là mông hơi đưa về sau và bước lên phía trước); quả thật nó giúp tôi dễ dàng leo tới tận đỉnh dốc nơi gặp được Trưởng Ban tổ chức ra đứng tận đỉnh cổ vũ, chúc mừng và cũng có lẽ là cutoff của 21km; sau đó chúng tôi leo đến CP Phụ mà BTC bố trí.
Ở đoạn leo dốc này thì tốp 4-7 runner người Trung Quốc đã vượt và chúng tôi dự đoán mìnhvào cỡ tốp 70. Đoạn này cả ba chị em không quên selfie khi cùng nhau lên đỉnh.
Ở điểm Checkpoint phụ này điều tôi vui nhất là thấy được chị Chi Nguyễn – nữ Việt Nam No1 ở nội dung 70km với thời gian hơn12h30p và em Thanh Vũ – nữ Việt Nam duy nhất sẽ tham dự chặng đua liên tiếp trong 7 ngày với độ dài 250km ở sa mạc Chile – còn lần này cô ấy tham dự Sapa nội dung 42km; quả thật gặp được hai nữ anh tài khá là vui với tôi, bởi với tôi họ chính là những chiến binh quả cảm. CP Phụ này chúng tôi chỉ uống nước và nhanhchóng đổ đoạn dốc 3km đầy rẫy đá sỏi và gấp khúc, đoạn này tôi chủ động chạy cùng em Thanh Vũ để trò chuyện về chạy bộ và những thử thách sắp tới. Em ThanhVũ còn bảo tôi rằng “anh dễ dàng đạt được sub 9h nếu anh muốn” nhưng tôi và chị Yến và anh Trần Nhân đã hứa với nhau rằng Ba chị em cùng xinh tươi dắt nhau về đích nên tôi thả dốc an toàn và từng bước nuốt trọn con dốc. Đoạn thả dốc này cả tôi vàanh Nhân là hai người có dấu hiệu căng cơ ở bắp chân rõ rệt nhất, nên tôi chia sẻ gói gu gel để đảm bảo anh Nhân không bị chuột rút ở finish line như tôi hồi ở Đà Nẵng. Chúng tôi dừng lại để tiếp nước vào bình nước oresol đảm bảo tôi không chuột rút, anh Trần Nhân lấy sỏi ra khỏi giày.
Rồi chúng tôi cũng đã đến con đường nhựa dẫn lối tới Topas nơi finish line đang chờ đón, quả thật 2km đó không hẳn là dài nhưng cũng khó khăn với tôi và anh Trần Nhân vì lúc này bắp đùi khá là căng nên chúng tôi chọn giải pháp đi bộ nhanh và chạy được đoạn nào chạy, một hoạt động ấn tượng nhất trong đoạn này của ba chúng tôi là đó chỉnh đốn trang phục, tẩy trang bùn đất trước khi về finish line, “chị ơi, em đẹp chưa”, em ơi chị đẹp chưa”, “em ơi anh đẹp chưa” và câu trả lời đó là “anh/chị/em ai cũng đều đẹp cả, hahaaa” còn vui hơn đó tôi được anh chị gài mũ vào balo, gài gậy vào balo.
Và như vậy chúng tôi cùng tiến tới con đường lát gạch của Topas nơi anh Linh –NAG đã chờ sẵn ở khúc cua, và thật tuyệt vời khi cả ba chúng tôi cùng la lớn lên cảm giác thật sung sướng khi hoàn thành cự ly 42km trước khi măt trời lặn với thành tích ngoài sức tưởng tượng của mình.
Và dưới đây là kết quả cụ thể của bản thân tôi:

Tôi về vị trí thứ 14 của những người Việt nam tham dự cự ly 42km, có lẽ với tôi đó là thành tích ngoài mong đợi. Nhưng hơn hết với tôi vị trí và cự ly nó không còn ý nghĩa nữa khi tôi đã trở thành người hoàn thành nó, mà quan trọng hơn hết tôi vượt lên chính bản thân mình, vượt lên mọi cung bậc cảm xúc để hoàn thành nó.
